Mission Statement
Big Tech controls every aspect of our lives. We depend on them for commerce, for communication, for information. That doesn't have to be. They are constantly mining your data, monitoring your speech, and funneling to you the information they want you to see and hear. This is not what our founders envisioned for our country. Nor is it a right vs. left or liberal vs. conservative issue. It's a freedom of speech issue. We must sever the ties with those who want complete power over the flow of information.
But that doesn’t mean we have to give up the modern conveniences technology provides us. We are not anti-technology. We are pro-freedom. Freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom from the watchful eyes of companies that want to control us.
We are here to share information with one another that will help us transition from monopolistic and colluding tech corporations to companies that share our vision of freedom. Freedom in a high-tech world. It’s not a binary choice between freedom and technology. We can have both. That means allowing and encouraging competition. That means patronizing tech companies with a commitment to your privacy and your freedom of speech.
It’s not good enough just to cut the cord. Our mission is to find for you viable alternatives that allow you to continue to live a full and fruitful life without Big Brother deciding what you can see and what you can hear.
